The seat appears to be able to open mechanically, but I've tried everything I can think of and it still won't move.
A toddler, not an adult, should use the handle.
Yes, it can be used on carpets and rugs, and it is the best! It's perfect for my grandchildren and has never come apart! Reasonable cost
There is no way to turn it off; you must wait for it to time out.

Love it! Elmo goes up and down in the Propeller, which is a beautiful display of spinning lights. It's for my grandson's first birthday, and it's the perfect ride-on, complete with a steering wheel!.
It appeals to her. When she presses the buttons, the perpelor rotates and Elmo emerges to speak. I just wish Elmos' volume could be reduced.
So cute! It's a little on the pricey side, but it does exactly what it claims! The propeller spins and lights up, but the blades are made of foam and aren't painful!.
Two things I'd change, but they don't take away from my admiration for this product: I wish the seat could be opened to provide more storage space. She enjoys putting things "in" and taking them "out. " " 2. I wish it was just a smidgeon more substantial. It couldn't support her as well as I would have liked when she first started using it, but once she got the hang of it, she was racing around with it! We love this toy, and I highly recommend it because it is light and can be lifted to redirect when she collides with something. She began using it at the age of ten months. It's been a year, and she's doing great! She'll get a lot more use out of it as well, because once she can sit on it and reach the floor, I'm sure she'll ride it around.
This is OUTRAGEOUSLY priced for what it is. But how can a Nana say no to a 1st birthday party when his daddy is a pilot? He hasn't figured out how to get on it or move it yet, but he enjoys the bells and lights. It won't last indefinitely. Although the materials are of good quality, I expect pieces to break off as he grows. The best part was that "some assembly is required," which meant we had to put the handle in two holes! Bob, it's no problem!.
My daughter enjoys it, so that's all that matters, but it could be a safety hazard in my opinion, and let's face it, no one wants to be hurt. The safety of a two-year-old is a priority for him. When my one-year-old tried to ride it, I was concerned because it is made of a very thin, cheap plastic. It either slides away from her or tips over every time she tries to get on it. It slides to the side and "rocks" when my daughter moves it around. " I just assumed the plastic would be a little thicker and more durable for the price. Aside from that, my daughter loves the lights and the spinning propeller.
This was a birthday present for my granddaughter. She is a big fan of Sesame Street and her little plane. I was hesitant at first because someone said the wings interfered with pushing, but the wings fold up and the problem is solved.
This cheap Elmo toy is so small that it's designed for a mobile infant rather than a baby or toddler. There is no movement or rotation of the tires. The toy appears to be larger than it actually is, and it is also extremely small. Instead of my 40, I'll be 40. It should be 17-00 instead of 00. 00 US dollars Fortunately, my son enjoys the toy; however, it could have been much better. Alternatively, the price should be reduced because it is not worth $40.
