I decided to get these dedicated books for my 20-month-old toddler because he enjoys the hidden pictures in Highlights magazines. I've only given him one from the pack so far (I'm saving the rest for a rainy day), but he enjoys looking at the pictures and locating the objects. The sticker hidden pictures are a little more difficult and out of his reach for the time being, but the regular ones are entertaining. I was thinking of putting the sticker ones across the top of the page to recreate the normal hidden picture pages so he can find them that way. Adults can also color in the black-and-white pictures. and-white pages to keep the child entertained. ) If your child is old enough, he or she can, of course, color it in on his or her own.
These publications are of poor quality. It's a very thin piece of paper. Many of the images appear distorted, as if they were stretched to fill the page's space. The majority, if not all, of the photographs are black and white. Little ones will have a harder time finding the hidden pictures as a result of this. Fortunately, they were on sale when I purchased them. So, for the price of $20 for four, it's a good deal.
When I ordered these, I had no idea they were "First Hidden" books, which meant they were for younger children. I use the others for my Dementia-affected mother. My money, on the other hand, was promptly returned, and I promptly returned these. It was simple to obtain a replacement, and I appreciate the prompt and courteous service provided by Highlights!.
This was purchased to provide some quiet activity time with my 3,5-year-old during the summer break. My daughter enjoys books and has long enjoyed easy search and find pictures on the internet; however, these books are much more difficult than the toddler seek and find pictures we've used online, and she was initially uninterested. But when we tried putting stickers on the pictures, she became enthralled all over again, though she only wants to find one item per sitting. I wish there were more sticker pages in the book; only four spreads use stickers, and the rest is standard seek and find with no stickers or other puzzles. br>However, it is entertaining, and I am confident that once my daughter reaches the age of four, she will enjoy it even more.
In my home, I have four young children who are dealing with drug addiction in their parents and just having a rough time as a kid. I'm 50 years old and remember loving these as a kid, so when I saw them, I knew they'd be a hit. They went over extremely well! They were a big hit with the kids, who begged for more.

These amusing books kept my three-year-old son occupied and entertained when I was busy. They are popular with her 11-year-old sister. Moms are aware that they can be extremely busy at times. Mom can finish all of her tasks in half an hour if a child is doing something fun by herself.
