I have a 5 year old son with autism who is train crazy. It has been very difficult for us to train him how to use the toilet, so I wanted to get him something nice for completing the task. It comes with a lot of track to make a huge setup. This train is surprisingly fast when running at full speed. The variety of sounds and voices are clear and pretty high quality for the price. You can set the speed of the train and it will move forward, backward, or in reverse. Also, it has a whistle, bell, It is also notable how long the battery lasts.
