The Thomas, Imaginarium resource is compatible with this resource. The Imaginarium plastic train set that our toddler son loves is an excellent gift. The device has a battery attached to it During Toys 'R Us' closing days, one had the opportunity to purchase this operating kit. In one incident, we found a crucial piece of track had been removed, and he was devastated to no longer be able to There was no plastic track available, and so I decided to look for a third-party set instead since one would cost $20 for 4 pieces of WOODEN track (there was no plastic track available). I then came across this one by Orbrium. The pros - For only $29*, 68 pieces are a very good deal. We received four of the pieces that we missed, plus nine of the other parts that we may need up to this point* (Imaginarium included one of each with the original train set). Those who wish to expand existing tracks could access a barge, dock for it, cross the tracks, and switch us tracks. These wooden pieces fit perfectly with the plastic Imaginarium tracks. Thomas and Imaginarium train sets glide smoothly on these wooden tracks - Hard, smooth wood with a solid texture - A link is included with this set to the Orbrium website where multiple track designs are available to help you make the most of all the pieces in this set. The possibility of expanding with other sets of Orbrium A plastic bridge with an arched top is not made from Even with our Thomas Wood train, we are unable to In terms of bridge height, it would have been nice if it was a little taller, but because it is the same height as Imaginarium's riser, the height seems standard. It was great that the additional pieces allowed us to optimize the table space on which the Imaginarium tracks are played, so we were quite happy with the additions. This combination of plastic pieces and straight tracks is perfect for both Imaginarium and Thomas, AND they can glide over them. This set has disappointed me a great deal. Specifically, I liked it because it included a bridge/tunnel, and my son has been obsessed with setting up his smaller kit in a manner in which the train will pass through A second tunnel was something I thought he would enjoy. In the first place, I was surprised to find the tunnel pieces made of We have two sets of this product. One has intricately painted wood, the other a wooden train set. Wood is another option I assumed would be used for the tunnel. We'll make it work with the wooden track since the plastic parts match it well. There is, however, no access for trains through the tunnel due to its clearance. All of the pieces we have are Orbrium, so we don't have compatibility issues. To allow the train to pass, I have to lift up the bridge, and even then it catches the tallest vehicles. In order to make sure that I wasn't causing the problem, I tried the track layout on the Orbrium website, but even when the train goes straight through the center of the tunnel, the tunnel isn't tall enough. My only disappointment with this set is that the one feature that appealed to me does not work as it should.
The track appears to be well made, and we received all of the parts that were supposed to be included with it. It is also useful that this track set works with other track sets, as long as the middle isn't too wide for Thomas trains to run on. Sadly, my son doesn't have the ability to play with his Thomas trains on this track since he has magnetic trains from other sources. Moreover, we do not know what the "ramp" pieces are supposed to be used for. It's not like they create any kind of ramp that can actually be used. I'll have to ask my son if he can use it with his hot wheels.
Our grandson needed more curved pieces for his play set, so we bought these extension pieces. My mother and I kids had enough toys so we'd better let them play. Two of them are sneaking in I would like to pass 3 pieces along at a time, hoping nobody would notice. No one, not even the kids, seems to know what is going These are great tracks, and they will fit right in with the rest of the album At this time, there are no house tracks. The only complaint I might have is that the new stuff looks a lot newer than what I normally see. Oh my gosh!.
As a whole, it meets the needs. This was the closest I could get, since I didn't need any more generic trains. Compared to wood, the bridge feels cheap due to its plastic construction. In addition to that, the bridge is low, so not all trains can pass under, but that's not a defect in itself. In addition, we have other bridges that are not allowed to be used by all trains. In my opinion, one thing you should do is inspect all the pieces when you open the box. Tabs on some of the books were broken. Since it isn't something that can easily be returned, it would probably cost me more in gas to return it than if I simply glued it back on. The quality doesn't come close to the BRIO but will do for most purposes.
The description is There were a few tracks from Ikea and other trains that we had. Its tunnels and trains are a bit small, but it has some good tracks. There are no other trains that work with it. It was as expected that this collection of tracks would be available. Upon closer inspection, one piece of track had a bad grain look or might have had extra burn. Although it might not allow it to be used, there's nothing serious about it. We were able to make more than just one curve on our coffee table because there were many options for forking tracks and smaller curves. Compatible with The ends can be connected to the Ikea tracks, one end is tightly attached, while the other end is loosely attached. Though they will connect to each other, it isn't a perfect connection, so switching between the tracks as little as possible is preferred.
There are concerns It would be great if the two part plastic hill could be improved. There is a hill behind us with a great height that allows most trains we have to go under it (but one Target train that doesn't have a name brand couldn't go In addition to the hill's size, it is also shaped incorrectly. On a slope going over a hill, large engines like Hiro and Gordon (Thomas and Friends) are unable to keep all wheels on the track. In general, we have been able to make excellent choices with the options we have. It is a product I do not regret buying.
Spend your money on other track brands rather than Brio or Thomas. I particularly like this track because it is compatible with Melissa and Doug, Thomas, and Brio toys. A wide mix of tracks in this set allows a lot of creative options for laying out layouts and playing around.
