After they arrived, they were easy to install and worked as expected. During shipping, they are protected by a plastic case that does a great job of protecting them. It comes with pre-installed lights The resistors are designed for use with 12 volts Power can be reached by soldering on extensions, but you'll need to place a plug somewhere. Despite the bright and clear LEDs, they are non-reflective. During installation, you will need to handle a small amount of flashing before the towers are installed. The towers are made of molded plastic. In comparison with an average ladder, these are thicker than they should be.
