This is a great boat for kids to use because it's simple to operate, quick, and the batteries, which are included, last for over 6 minutes each! There was no water intrusion into the hull during this time, which includes time spent running under the water fountain. The shaft and carrier bearing must be lubricated, which sounds difficult but takes only 5 minutes. Simply snug it up and leave it alone when putting it back together, being gentle with the screws. I've had cracked motor mounts on other boats and cars, and it's a major issue, so be careful. Last but not least, I slammed into the pond's fountain head, flew up into the air, and flipped the boat over. Following the procedure of full throttle forwards, backwards, and forwards, the boat was able to right itself. My daughter was overjoyed that I had crashed it and that she had successfully piloted the boat around the pond.

br>br>As a pilot, I value well-maintained aircraft. This boat is an example of well-engineered machines. Believe it or not, the electric motor is made of water. cooled? It is. The inlet and outlet of the water cooling system may be visible in my photos. That was not in my plans! )br>br>After removing the boat from the box, I proceeded to open up the hull in order to inspect the insides, and to my delight, the hull is completely watertight. There are four twist lock knobs on the hatch to ensure that no water gets into the hull. br>br>The battery is quite large. And there are two of them on board, along with a charging cable. It also includes grease for the rudder and prop shaft. br>br>A fantastic safety feature is that the boat must detect water before the propeller or rudder will move. Two flush contact points are located on the bottom of the hull and serve to signal to the computer that it is safe to power up when in the water. I was looking for an On/Off switch, and this sensor turned out to be it. This is a very clever design that keeps the boat safe when it is not in use. br>br>The remote is in excellent condition and requires four AA batteries to operate. br>br>As you can see in the video, the boat is extremely fast. It'd be fun to chase each other around a pond or pool if a friend had another one. br>br>Because of the engineering's thoughtfulness, I'm confident this will last a long time. I'll be looking for other products from this company because it appears to be a good one.

There are two seals on it, and the remote, thankfully, beeps when the battery is low. Controlling this is a breeze. I did a small test run in the sink, and it got so fast that it went over the edge, which was much faster than I expected. I took it to a nearby pond to test it out before allowing my children to use it, and I don't think they'll damage it. I even capsized it in the sink and the pond to see how easy it was to get back upright, which it was. The inertia flips it if you rock the throttle forward and backward a few times. This is a great summer accessory! This is one of the most enjoyable, low-cost purchases I've made in a long time.

Let me begin by saying that this boat is extremely fast, far faster than I had anticipated for an RC boat. It is, however, entertaining to use. In my swimming pool, I spent a couple of hours with it. It's not difficult to pick up. It uses a USB charger to charge the batteries, which are the same as the ones in the second. The batteries do take some time to charge, but that's where having a backup battery comes in handy. This boat, on the other hand, does necessitate some upkeep. And this is where it becomes unsuitable for children. You will need to disassemble it from time to time to grease the shaft. It's also time-consuming. It should not be a problem if you have a little common sense. It does include a spare propeller blade and nut in case one is broken or lost. It also includes a small stand for displaying the boat when not in use. If you want to get into the RC boat craze, this is a great place to start. It's a good place to start, but keep in mind that you shouldn't run it in a lake or pond. You don't want to clog the internal pipes because it's water cooled.
