It can last up to 15 minutes, according to what I've discovered. I played for more than 20 minutes every time, despite the fact that the page said it would take 20 minutes.
A Li-ion battery is included with this boat. You will need to provide AA batteries for the transmitter, as well as a lithium-ion battery (2 pack) with a charging line that charges one battery at a time. A spare prop and some lubricant are also included. This RC boat is unbeatable in terms of price!
It happens from time to time, but don't worry, you can clear it out whenever you change the battery and it won't affect your usage.
This was a problem for me as well. Even with well-lubricated design, a poorly made cheap plastic coupler with a thinly toothed metal gear lasted less than a week of moderate use. Our backup battery was never used.

Because the instructions aren't clear, here's a rundown of the critical process of boat driveshaft maintenance:
1 - The drive shaft does not need to be lubricated right away, as the instructions suggest. It's well lubricated, to the point where grease is spinning off the front snout of the drive tube (as seen in the photo with the included screwdriver).
2 - Remove the four screws that hold the motor in place.
3 - Pull the clear hose ends away from the cooling coil surrounding the motor with needle nose pliers or tweezers.
4 - By pressing DOWN on the tab and pulling apart, you can unclip the wires from the motor. br>5 - Pull the front of the motor out of the boat by lifting it up past the wire bundle.
6 - Using the provided wrench, carefully unscrew the aircraft lock nut near the propeller while holding the shaft tip inside the boat. This was made easier for me because I had a small socket!
7 - Remove the propeller as well, allowing the shaft to freely slide back and forth for lubrication.
8 - Reverse the steps, but keep in mind that a little lube on the output threads makes reinstalling the aircraft nut a LOT easier. br>Because the shaft and tube are brass, they are unlikely to rust and will last a long time with proper lubrication. Before storing it, I would thoroughly dry it and apply a dab of grease to the output shaft. This will almost certainly eliminate the need to disassemble the device. br>BONUS - If you complete all of the challenges, you will receive a bonus. A rubber nose tip is not included in the item description, so if you crash this boat into something, the hull will not be cracked! We've lost other boats to the pool wall in the past.
This is the most incredible toy I've ever purchased, and it far exceeds my expectations; to be honest, I was expecting a plastic boat that was just OK and scooted around the water; instead, this thing is like a rocket, and when it flips over, you click two buttons and it flips right back over. I'm going to buy another one right now because I adore it so much. I always rely on reviews, so if you're reading this, stop reading and go out and buy it; I guarantee you'll enjoy it. My ten-year-old loved it, as did my eleven-year-old, and I, at the age of fifty, enjoyed it even more than they did. Lol.
I've had other RC boats before, and I'm a big fan of RC planes, quadcopters, and helis. I hadn't been on a boat in a long time, and this was my first time back. What a difference a couple of years can make! First and foremost, there is mental tranquility. It's fantastic to have telemetry to alert me when the battery is running low. Nothing is more unpleasant than wading into water or, even worse, attempting to catch a boat with fishing line; this is not an issue with the H106! This device can also self-destruct. It fits perfectly and is completely waterproof. This is truly incredible. It's very easy to use. br>br>To get the rudder to go straight, I had to give it a lot of left trim. It changes direction on a dime, especially when traveling at high speeds. For a pool or an area with rocks and such, the included silicone nose cone bumper is most likely required. Otherwise, loosen up and enjoy yourself. While I was playing, the birds stayed away, allowing me to explore the pond and do some figure 8s. The next project will be a small camera, which I will mount and protect once I figure out how to do so. The boat is small and portable, with a battery life of about 10 minutes. If you're just hanging out, it'll take a little bit longer. br>br>One thing to keep in mind. My first model broke down almost immediately, but it was quickly replaced by the company. Amazon makes it simple to return items. My second model turned out to be fantastic. I've gone through a half-dozen batteries with no problems, and if you want to see how fast the boat goes, look for the H106 in the videos online. There are currently a few vendors available. It's a fantastic boat that won't break the bank. It will be a pleasure to play with you because you are wise. Get two and compete, race, and have fun with your friends.
I bought this for my 11-year-old son's birthday, and he absolutely adores it! So far, it's been easy to control and has proven to be very durable. This is a product that I would strongly recommend!.
Reverse SLOWLY and at a low RPM! Arrived in a timely manner and in good condition. br>br>Factory packed with cutouts to hold all the bits and pieces in low density styrofoam. br>I immediately charged both batteries using the included USB type charging cable and my personal wall charger; it doesn't come with a charger, so that's fine with me. br>br>I hooked everything up, put new batteries in the remote, and threw the boat into the pool.
DAMN! It BLASTS out of the hole at a breakneck speed and is gone before you can let off the throttle. br>br>I played for a while, then took it out for inspection after running the battery down to its 'low battery alarm. ' Everything appears to be in working order: it is watertight and has excellent control movement. br>br>All right, let's get started. To make extremely tight circles, use the following formula: br>If you trim it to the center, it won't turn very tight, so trim it right or left first, then turn in that direction. In full trim mode, the turning radius can be as small as a six-foot circle! br>br>All right, let's get started. REVERSING IN THE RIGHT WAY: br>Full throttle ZOOM is the source of most people's excitement. Then, to stop and reverse, apply full throttle. WRONG! High throttle reverse causes two things to happen. cavitation (the introduction of tons of air into the propeller) and two. flooding on the transom If you've ever driven a full-size boat, you know that high-powered reverse is a terrible idea. SLOW screw is the proper technique. Give it just enough reverse power and very low reverse RPMs. Zero cavitation, no flooding, and incredible reverse knots are all possible. br>br>I really like this boat. Oh. PS. In addition, I'll be sending in a Gift CArd that came with the boat. The gift card requests a candid review in exchange for a credit or a battery and AC charger. I'm going to go with the extra batteries. If you're on the fence, don't be afraid to jump in. You've found the boat you've been looking for. Thank you! br>br>.
