When it comes to antenna leads, be cautious

On a telephone pole, I removed three of the four control arms. I ordered new arms and watched a YouTube video on how to do it. The video has one major flaw: the antenna wires (Ant1 and Ant2) are not connected in any detail. SHIELDED COAX on these two wires! The Ant1 and Ant2 pads are wired to the center conductors. The braided shielding is soldered to the grounding pad that is next to it.

Due to a lack of information, I'm giving it a Middle of the Road rating

Due to a lack of information provided as a replacement that will require soldering the arm on to the drone, I'm giving it a 3 star rating as a middle of the road review. We returned the arms and just bought a new drone instead because we needed two replacement arms and the cost of each arm was too high, plus we didn't have any soldering equipment.

Customer Support for Holy Stone The performance of my drone fell short of what I had come to expect from Holy Stone

The camera, in particular, was malfunctioning (skipping during recording). Holy Stone responded with a series of questions, suggestions, and recommendations for locating and resolving the camera issue. Their meticulous attention to detail restored my faith in their product, and the problem was resolved quickly and without the use of "workarounds" for camera operation. Excellent client service.

Without warning, it flies when you unlock it

It was extremely difficult to fly; once it indicated that it was ready to fly, I pressed the unlock button, and it immediately took off, crashing and breaking its arm. I ordered a replacement arm and attempted to repair it, but it was unsuccessful. I simply discarded it. As a result, I will not be purchasing this product again.
