Is this going to fit an outcast/notorious 6s?

I'm not sure, but it's a Kraten wing, so anything could happen.

Is it compatible with the Kraton 6s V4?

Because it's a Kraten wing, it should be able to fit.

Will this be compatible with the Typhon 6s v5?

The 3s typhon wing mount holes do not align with the 6s typhon wing mount holes, so it would not fit.

Greater in size than the stock

This wing was designed for a Typhon 6s, and it looks great while also increasing speed due to the additional vents over the stock wing. It's a little bigger, but not by much, and it's not heavier. I made minor changes to the wing to allow it to fit over the rear shock hubs; the change was successful, and the wing now looks great.

The space is insufficient

It fits my Arrma Kraton 1/8 V5, but it's a little smaller than the stock. It has a cool look to it, but I wish it were a little bigger.

On Arrma Typhon, it appears to work as advertised

So far, everything has gone well. It's been able to withstand a lot of abuse so far. If I didn't flip the car so much, it would probably last a lot longer.
