A Brushless Electric Motor is included in the arm, which generates an AC electric current that is used to drive each phase of the motor through a closed loop controller.

The Holy Stone HS720 is the original version of the Holy Stone.

Questions & Answers

A right rear arm is what I'm looking for. Is this something you can do? If you can't find a right rear in any of the links, you're on your own. ?

It is not intended for use on the right side of the body. Because the wire sheath around the 7 wires is oriented on the outside and toward the back of the drone, the arm will not fully extend. Every single one of the four arms is unique. The rear arms' motors are mounted 1/2" higher than the front arms', ensuring that all four arms are the same height when fully extended. The motors for the front two arms' polarity (direction) is then reversed. The same can be said for the back of the vehicle. The motor height will be too low even if you purchase a Left Front arm with the same polarity. You won't be able to fully extend this arm even if you buy it and figure out how to reverse the polarity.

Is there anything attached to this arm with wires?

Yes, it is wired. They've arrived, but we haven't yet installed them, so I'm not sure how big of a job that will be.

Is a hs720e's rear arm the same as a hs720?

That is correct. This is what I bought for my HS720E, and it's fantastic.

Update: I was contacted by a HolyStone representative after I posted a review claiming that the replacement arm was delivered defective. She was extremely helpful in arranging for a free replacement arm to be sent to me, which I received yesterday and which appears to function properly. Fiona at HolyStone, thank you for your help. br>br>When I received the replacement arm for my drone, I noticed that the motor would not spin by hand, so I assumed it was locked and that it would unlock once it was installed and power was sent to the motor. That wasn't the case at all! I replaced the arm and reassembled everything, but the blades are not spinning with the replacement arm. The other three arms work fine, so it's possible I was sent a defective motor, but for the time being, I wouldn't recommend purchasing replacement parts from this site.

It worked perfectly, but you should watch a YouTube video on how to set it up first. Small connections need to be soldered. Because it was easier to work with in the tight spaces and less likely to melt anything else, I used a Cold Heat soldering iron.

As stated previously- Due to solder wires and other components, you'll need experience with electronics repair before attempting this type of repair

FIT OEM_ experience is required before attempting this type of repair. I needed to solder seven wires on a very small circuit board, and this tool worked perfectly. I would purchase it again. Shipping was very quick. Excellent service to customers.
