Will it rust if they drive their XMaxx through puddles and water?

So I'm sure it will, because stainLESS steel doesn't mean it won't rust; it simply stains. less.

Is there a set of slightly longer screws included with this that we can use to install the stainless steel parts?

Yes, there will be a set of stainless steel screws included.

How is the frame held together by the center chassis piece? It appears that there are no screws for mounting it. ?

Armor for the middle chassis is held in place by a 3M double-layer of armor. warm up the double-sided tape Before sticking the double-sided tape to the chassis, heat it up with a hair dryer to make it stick better (clean the chassis surface first).

This could break the bulkhead if you jump

Unfortunately, the front and rear differential plates "grab" at the ground if the suspension is jumped or bottomed in any way (these should really be smooth to be effective, weight be damned), causing the rear bulkhead of my xmaxx to completely snap. Because of this, I was forced to return the truck. The bulkhead snapped after about an hour of running on grass and sand after installing the plate. After a lot of video and peer review, this is what we have. I just don't have it in me to give one star.

I bought this for my son as a Christmas present, it arrived quickly and on time, the metal is really thick and tough, and it will add great protection to his XMAXX, but we couldn't find the hardware to mount it, so I contacted customer service, and they worked hard the day after Christmas to get the hardware out to us, keeping us happy was a priority

The less expensive ones were made of inferior steel and were not bent properly. The more expensive Integy skid plates are too heavy, requiring you to purchase a new wheelie bar. This set fits perfectly, requires no modifications or additional purchases, and is made of high-quality steel.

Great product, but it will add some weight to the xmaxx

My only suggestion is to use 3M double-sided tape to hold the middle piece of steel in place. To keep it in place permanently, I drilled and inserted four bolts with lock washers. Apart from that, I have no complaints, and you will adore the xmaxx's appearance!.

So far, the screws haven't stripped and have stayed tight. I'm getting a set for my wide maxx as well! Thanks to raiden racing, it also looks amazing and has gotten a lot of compliments. nice work.
