Because this body is narrower than many other crawler bodies, it will require some creative modifications to fit on most crawlers compared to other pickuo bodies. However, it's simple to cut it down to fit almost any application. br>br>I chose this version over the one-piece version because I planned to build a cage back end in the future. The two halves press together tightly, and with a couple of screws between them, they stay put! br>br>The hump in the bed for rear shock clearance does not match a redcat gen8. To get everything to fit without chopping the body, I had to make some clever modifications to the shock mounting. And some 3D printable parts, such as a better front grill/radiator, are already available on the internet. Overall, I'm very happy with this body, and it really makes my truck stand out now!.
Proline's amazing body, which I hacked up for a custom old school dirt racer. It's been through a lot of bumps and hasn't cracked or chipped much.
That is precisely what I was looking for. Trimming out was not difficult, and you should take your time aligning the bed and cab. Update: If you do a lot of crawling, you'll need to start trimming your fenders. Alternatively, you can rely on the rocks to do the work for you. br>Also reduced rear drag by shortening the bed. RockBait.
It appears to be identical to the one I ordered last year, though I have yet to use it. Something I Like About 2010 More Expensive About 2010 More Expensive About 2010 More Expensive About 2010 Expensive About 2010 Expensive About 2010%.
For his r/c car, my son needed a new body. Thais was given a specific line and model to work with. He was overjoyed with it, as he always was. The fabric is thick and of excellent quality.
The outside of the body was scratched up, as if someone had used sandpaper on it. After I received the body, I messaged Horizon Hobbies about it, and they put me on hold. If customer service responds, I'll post an update.
In all the right places, thick as a Snickers.
Horizon handled everything well, and this body should last a long time!.
