This means there is no place for the magnet to be mounted
A GPS module expander can only be used if you plan to add a GPS module to your telemetry system. In most cases, you should be able to handle RPM's, temperature, battery voltage, and speed (based on tire size and gearing) without the expansion unit.
This really does happen, as you can see from You can see it in the picture as the small silver magnet in the middle of the screws.
Only temperature and voltage are sent via telemetry. RPM, on the other hand, determines how fast it is You would need over $300 for all of the components for those three simple tasks! Hopefully you can use that and save money by not needing the GPS module.

by looking at the pictures, you can see you have to use the wider mount for the Brushless Evo. The problem is that I made a mistake. There is a danger of the cover rubbing against it. The smaller mount should be used. In addition, it is the perfect fit for my needs. The only thing wrong with that is RPM sensors are well suited to the mount.
It was installed on our Stampede VLX 4X4 truck. It is difficult to follow the instructions. A variety of models can be made with this kit. The screws that come with the kit may be too long and interfere The instructions do not give any direction on which screws to use. Be sure to use the correct screws. It is highly recommended that Traxxas improve their instructions for the parts they sell.
The product was of good quality and it was delivered quickly. An easy to use installation process.
This part screws onto the spur gear and attaches to the spur gear. Counting how many times it goes around, or how many times the sensor counts, is accomplished by the use of a magnet inside the housing. Rotations per minute. The work I did today has made me happy.
According to YouTube videos, one of these two magnet holders should fit on a x-ray tube It would be great if they worked with Maxx, but they don't.
