One of the cars we bought was fine when we charged it, but the charger for the second car was already broken inside It broke when we tried to use the charger from our first car! contacted the seller via email and they were outstanding, they sent an email to Axial for replacement chargers (no response) then called them 2 days later and Axial sent 2 new chargers out immediately, awesome! It turned out one of the two chargers was broken, so both cars were returned. Axial has never responded to an email I sent five days ago asking about a more superior charger since the cars were solid (from the one use we got). In two other reviews, the chargers were described as breaking after their first.

When my daughter and I went out in the desert to visit a friend's children who had two of these RC trucks, I decided to purchase it for her. Their construction seems to be robust, and if they break they can be fixed with replacement parts. Despite not being able to steer the truck to a full extent yet, the truck will go any direction she wishes. My only complaint is that the included USB battery charger does not work. I have found it to be very common that the device does not work when set up as an obstacle course. It is typical when part of an Amazon purchase has an issue that you must return the whole item, and then wait several days before receiving It was a Christmas present from my daughter, so sending it back would be difficult. I was able to get a balanced charger from my local hobby shop, who did not carry the RC Truck in the first place, or I would have purchased it there instead, and it works wonderfully. It's the perfect little RC truck that can be repaired.

Quite a good little truck, this one. Setting up obstacles courses and competing against each other has been a lot of fun for us. I am satisfied with how it worked. The battery charger that I bought was much better, but other than that, a great product at a great.

On 4/14, I received this item and was extremely excited about it. I am raising my two children with my wife Since I bought this RC, I have enjoyed it quite a bit, but today, the motor has died. It has been less than two weeks since I bought it. My brand new crawler already came with a dead motor, so you see here I am with a pretty new RC crawler. I was cheated. This is a waste of We are willing to work with the seller for a replacement of the RC since we are in love with it but cannot believe the motor is so dead after less than two weeks. Announcing the following updates for Friday, April 5 have been told that a new motor is on order. There is a difference between the front and the back, however. Except for the charger, everything is great. I broke the micro USB port after the first use and found that the design of the port is cheap. It is very important to be careful when plugging in the USB cord as it is not of Apart from that, it is a really cool.
