I recommend this kit for those looking to do their first few gunpla kits as it's cheap, comprehensive, and enjoyable! They won't look great using this method, but it will get the job done. I am satisfied with the quality of this set of tools. Although they are not very sturdy, they are good for beginners as they are just starting out. However, if you're more advanced or have been making models for a while, you might want to upgrade to something that is more durable. I like how attractive the case is. This flush cutter is decent and the tweezers, while not as powerful as they should be, will serve my purposes. A blade that is rubbish may last for a few models and a file that might last a while.

It isn't a terrible experience out of the box, but I imagine something a little better could have been bought had I spent a bit more. It is an example of paying for what you get. I would definitely recommend this kit to someone who is just starting out.

This is good for the price. Within a few minutes of receiving it, I realized that the nippers and tweezers were the only parts I would not be replacing right away. My first HG build was about halfway completed when I noticed that the nippers looked used and the knife had gone dull. While the sanding sticks weren't too bad, they did not get fine enough and the file looked like it probably wouldn't you are looking for something cheap to get started, go for it, however if you are looking for something that will last, it may be more cost-effective to purchase everything separately.

Since I had not used one of these kits for more than a quarter century, I found it to be a good value for the money. It has everything I need, even comes with multiple blades and filers (yeah that's how old I am). Anyways, I just started back model building again and this kit has everything I need as well.
