Okay, there is no doubt in your mind. I would like to point out that Two and a half millimeters are 5 and 2 millimeters. The sizes are 5mm so WITH THAT OUT of the way. The hex size of these screws will NOT fit a 3mm or 4mm hex!

If you have been reading our reviews, and you have come to this point, then you should go ahead and purchase them. The reviews above mine have all received 5 stars, and I could not put it better than that. I own a set of tools that are among the best quality I've ever encountered. A screw I screwed into aluminum was rusty and had thread lock used to prevent it from coming loose. My hex driver shrank after I rounded it, and as I tried to break the screw free, it would flex 180 degrees. Approximately a minute before I was about to start drilling into the screw to remove it, I saw the UPS man delivering these packages. It was easy to break the screw loose with less effort than I expected after I put it in a handheld ratchet driver and gave it a twist. The screw did not flex or twist. As if by magic, the hex fits snugly over the screws. There is nothing I would rather do than be happy. In that case, you are right when you read that they are expensive. It's also expensive to buy a good radio controlled car, and you did. Using cheap tools on a machine that costs a lot isn't wise.
There are many reasons why I am disappointed. Even less than a year after the installation, they have already started to rust. A letter I sent to the company never received a response. During a recent effort to remove pushrod threads, I tried removing some threaded portions. It was glued in place with industrial adhesive. I had a PB Swiss driver at the one end and my MIP driver at the other end. After a while, the first PB Swiss started to turn inside the handle, making it As I was holding it in place, I grabbed a PB Swiss bit with a wrench. There was a break in the tip. The fit and finish on these tools are superb and they feel as good as lifetime It is only the lack of markings that I have a complaint about. As well as stickers and some heat shrink to label them, but for the price they charge, etching would be more appropriate. I would suggest that they put the stickers on for you at the very least. My only complaint is that I would have liked to see etching on these. The rest of the time, they work beautifully- All RC related fasteners fit tightly and precisely, offering a true joy for anyone who works on a RC vehicle.
This is an excellent product. I have used these on R/C cars I constantly work on for the past couple months, and so far I have not stripped any screws. It was a very tight fit in those screws, which was The price is high, but worth it when compared to others. It was the best decision I made for my wedding. I'm glad I splurged on these after some deliberation.
There's no doubt about it It should not be a surprise that MIP makes some insanely high quality axles that can take a lot of abuse. Despite the differences in quality, both tools provide similar results. The cut is extremely accurate, the material is extremely hard, and the quality is extremely high. Combine this with a 12 volt battery charger and you will be able to tear down any RC car in a fraction of the time. I used to twist my wrists a lot with the other tools. This tool saves me quite a bit of time and effort.
It cost me only a little over a dollar for a Tuesday, May 2. The drivers I need for my Kraton 6s V5 are any 5mm driver bits. After rounding the edges on the bits, and having them begin stripping my screws, it took me a week to do so. Up until I accidentally discovered them on Amazon, I did not know these existed. Since reading about their accuracy and fit, I have put them through more than twice as much workload as the cheaper bits and do not think I have ever had an issue with them. So far, I am very pleased with the product.
