Yes. To make a takeout container, I cut it to size with sharp kitchen scissors. For my child, I've made a play case. Sharp edges were sanded down and the playmobil case was glued inside. She's got Legos on the go now!
Because the grooves are perfectly aligned, you can attach any Lego brick to two of these plates when used together.
Yes. This is one of the great Lego secrets I only discovered when I was an adult. You can see that it does fit if you take a duplo and try it out for yourself. Now, your kids may have a harder time putting it on, but if you're building a lego table and want it to last, I'd recommend this over the smaller lego.
Each package contains one sheet.

It's difficult to say much about this without sounding like a broken record. It's a green Lego base that can be used to stack Lego pieces. It's a lovely green color. It's in the shape of a square, which is ideal if you like squares. They didn't try to reinvent the square; instead, they kept it square as it had been for centuries. It does a good job of holding the legos in place, just like a square green Lego base should. It keeps my twins occupied just long enough for me to go cry in the bathroom about my wasted youth.
I've got a love-hate relationship with my boyfriend. This baseplate has an aversion to it. br>br>It's not the same green as the previous green LEGO baseplate. Images can be found below. The new green is on the left in my first image, while the previous green is on the right. If you have a lot of the previous green LEGO baseplates, you'll be disappointed quickly when you compare the new to the old. br>br>Overall, the quality of LEGO products is consistently excellent. Make no mistake: this baseplate will perform all of the functions you'd expect from a baseplate. You won't be able to tell the difference in color if you don't have any of the previous green colored baseplates. As you can see from the other images I shared, this baseplate color is ideal for a park and/or forest scene. If you found my review to be useful, please consider clicking the 'helpful' button below. I used them to build a table for my son to play with his legos. It was a Christmas present for him, and he adored it! I'd buy these again in a heartbeat.
The LEGO city is expanding. I docked a star because, in comparison to the pricey 32x32 baseplate, this one is actually more expensive for no apparent reason. This one isn't your typical LEGO green, either. It's a vibrant shade of green. I'd deduct a star because the contrast is quite noticeable, but since I usually use up all 32x32 studs, I won't notice it, so it's not a big deal for me. I've attached a photo to demonstrate the difference between the standard green and this new bright green.
When turned upside down, the square and rectangular DUPLO Lego shaped blocks fit well on this classic plate and do not fall off. When compared to the DUPLO plate, they are a little more difficult to click into place. The DUPLO plate is much more user-friendly for my young toddlers. On this classic board, none of the fun DUPLO shapes (bushes, flowers) or characters (bunnies, people) click in place, but it works great with all of the classic Lego blocks and characters we tried. Even with the toddler, I would use these instead of the DUPLO plates if I were to make a Lego table. If you really needed something, you could always use a floating DUPLO plate.
Lego is one of the few brands to which I am devoted. I don't trust anyone else to make blocks or figures, and I think buying third-party items is a form of cheating. However, there is excellent third-party merchandise available, which you will require if you want to build something other than a lego model (for example, a Modern Warfare model). I have third-party bases, but I'm hesitant to use them because I don't want my figures to be damaged by them. I'm willing to pay lego prices, but I wish there was a bulk package available. I imagine that many collectors would like more than one green base plate. TLDR: TLDR: TLDR: TLDR: TLDR: TLDR: TLDR: TLDR I'd like something with a lot of different features. More than one color should be included in the pack. I'll gladly pay a premium for anything bearing the LEGO logo.
I purchased this board because I did not have space for a table or a "lego" area. However, this board is far too flimsy to be used on a bed, a lap, or anywhere else because it is not stable enough. Also, for some reason, the legos (despite the fact that BOTH the board and the legos are LEGO brand) are extremely difficult to place onto the board. br>br>If you have the opportunity, I would look for something else. It would save you money, as it did mine!.
We purchased these to construct a wooden play box for each of my three children to have their own space. (They refer to it as "their own worlds," after the Minecraft concept. ) These are being put in place. This allows the kids to play without having Legos all over the floor by placing plates at the bottom of their "world" and epoxy gluing them on. They have their own set of rules. br>br> Each box is labeled with one of their names. They are not permitted to take items from another's "world" without their permission. If they are caught hoarding pieces, their "world" will be locked for the rest of the day. Allow me to assure you that it is effective. br>br>Hint: if you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, try using the words "innov Don't buy the ones that aren't made by a reputable company. Pay a few extra dollars for the name-brand Legos. The blocks don't always snap in or are loose on the offbrand ones, which have shorter pegs and odd spacing.
