Five stars would have been my favorite rating and I would have been delighted to give it. That's all I have to say for now. After reading many reviews and looking at many different garden tool organizers, I decided this is the best one for me. It stood out for two reasons, which led me to choose it. There was no necessity for all the brackets to be placed on exact 16" centers in my garage (there is some variation there). A second reason I liked these brackets was to hang things. The length of them differed, but they all appeared to be straightforward and simple, and I believe they would have been flexible enough for most Each hanger would be suitable for exactly one type of tool, so there would be no need to determine which type to use. Despite my disappointment, I was not let down. We are looking at a magnificent My installation was easy, and I was happy with the results I really like the look of it, and it feels solid as well. Due to the fact that tools can be stacked on the brackets, I ended up hanging more than I had anticipated. My short step ladder, a folding step stool, and a couple of buckets have also been placed there. A single hanging bracket was packaged with two others. There was a lining up of the holes with these. A replacement bracket has been sent to me by the manufacturer after I contacted them about this issue. I will be pleased to update the rating to five stars if these items are in the package. As of right now, I would recommend only the "Max" version of this system.

It was really hard for me to give it a five Prior to buying this product, I researched and read about a number of competing products. It is expensive at $75, but felt sturdy, so I was willing to pay the price. When it was delivered it was missing the pins to attach In response to my contact with the company, they promptly sent me the pins. I find it frustrating that the rack has been mounted in my garage for two weeks now. These screws came with it, so we used them for mounting. I woke up in the middle of the night to a loud noise. I ran out into my garage and saw that the tool rack and all the tools that were hanging on it had fallen off the wall and caused damage to Three studs of the wall were drilled into which the rack was mounted. mounting screws sent were too short. The hook is designed to hold 200 pounds, but the screws sent were too short. An assortment of brooms and shovels were on the rack, along with a ladder and step stool. I don't think the total weight is even 200 lbs. They are sturdy and the rack is very strong. You would think the company could afford to at least include the pins and a decent length of mounting screws for this rack at a price of $75. The entire thing just missed my son's new truck by an inch when it came crashing down. It is not a good day for me!.

Due to the following reasons, I can only give this product a 3 instead of a 5 It was a great pleasure to work with the Product. It was delivered on time, but what should have taken about 15 minutes took I was unable to insert the square post in the square holes in the wall mounting brackets after 20 minutes of installing properly as the holes were too small and would not allow the square post to fit. The square holes had to be opened by using my Dremel along with a small stone. In reality, it took an extended amount of time to open up the holes to fit the post. Also, the ends of the pole had to be ground off because the plastic coverings and caps were too large for the pole, and some metal material had to be ground off as well. In order to mount an accessory unit onto my garage wall, I mounted the square hole post through the square holes to, then, fit the post through the square holes. My first issue was that the pins provided by the vendor did not fit into the pre-drilled holes Through the square bar and holes in the hooks, drill holes. I even used a hammer to try to drive the pens through, but to no avail. I am stunned! Thus, I had to drill out all of the holes in the bar in order to accept the supplied pins. I was then able to easily mount all the hooks after that was completed. My many hand tools and gardening tools are securely attached to the hooks after I had placed them onto them. The last thing I want to say is that I think whoever built this unit must have done so at some point on a Monday morning or on a If it were not for the many modifications to almost all parts, I would have given this a 5 out of 5.

One of the rooms in my apartment is very small in terms of storage space My car garage is equipped with this tool bar, and I thank my lucky stars for that. Using the tool hooks that are included with the kit, I was able to hang up all my gardening and cleaning tools. In order to attach the bar to the wall, I used some concrete screws after drilling a hole in the cement block and put the holders into the block. Having everything in one place is really convenient, and I can easily get around my car and into the house now without having to make my way around everything that was previously A great package at a great price. It is by far the best tool rack I have ever bought. Plastic racks constantly broke to the point where I got tired of them. The product is exceptionally well designed, well engineered, and well built.
