The hangers at Home Depot are what you need to replace the parts you have lost. In most hardware stores, you can choose between bolts and nuts.

This kit gives you the most bang for your buck. In the past few weeks, I've bought an 8'x4' 19"-wide The 33" drop kit (2 pack) for $259 is an awesome deal. It looked like I could only do a 22" drop from the ceiling to avoid obstructing the garage door, but most of my storage bins were 19" I had to plan and install it myself over the course of a day. The building process involved plenty of measuring, checking the direction of ceiling joists, checking for the center of ceiling joists, and climbing up and down a ladder, but it was worth it with regard to the open floor space I am provided with and the enjoyment I get Having the ability to hang a bike using the included hardware was the cherry on top!.
However, I found it very difficult to pound the rails all the way down even with my hand, a rubber mallet, and It seems they want to be tight, but they need to lock naturally with gravity, also. The racks are being considered for purchase for expansion of my garage storage, and I am likely to purchase them.

If you do not need this product in a standard amount of time, it is a great product and well worth the price.
You gain a lot of floor space, but it starts to feel a little stiff and study once you tighten everything Though I don't know if the maximum weight capacity is 500 pounds, it's quite effective for the purposes I'm using it for. If you're considering a second, you might want to find out if it's available.
