Doorbells like this do not come from ring brands. When doing a search for Ring, what do you want it to say?

I believe you are correct. It is not a ring doorbell, but it performs the same functions. Battery power is not provided with this, so that is one flaw that I noticed. Purchase of these items is separate from the rest. Until I get the batteries, I won't be able to use it. I'm not safe to use it until I get these batteries. A manufacturer should remove Ring from the description of their product.

Door bell cameras are not Toosee products

Unlike the Toosee camera, this camera looks like it was purchased at a local retailer. There is a problem with the battery life. A Toosee camera lasted almost 2 months and this one should last for about 10 days. I would like to see the Toosee Doorbell camera return to Amazon.

What should I do if I want to return this? I think it is a scam, it claims long life batteries but comes with a hard to get to gaping hole which may or may not contain a battery never seen or invented before. It is so misleading to the point it amounts to nothing more than a scam.
