There is a good response time for motion detection but it would be better if the detection exclusion zones could be customized like some of the other Ring cameras do. It is recommended to pair your Ring Chime with the Doorbell to extend the doorbell notification.
The ease of using this doorbell and being aware of packages arriving in our house was really appealing to us at first.
