There is a short battery life for this doorbell, but it does the job. There is an issue with the motion detect function, however. It's absurd that the recording started so late that all of my recorded video is practically useless. While I have tried to adjust the motion sensitivity to high and adjust activity zone, both do not seem to make a difference. I just updated Having charged it fully, the battery lasts a little over a month. The claimed 180 days are a far cry from reality. Here is the latest 9/25 update It was a necessity to charge the battery for a second time after two months of use. It's frustrating to be so.
