Despite the good reviews, I was surprised when I set this up. It took me 30 minutes. There is a slot for a microSD card inside the battery holder at the top of the unit. Before you install your battery, ensure that it is in working order. It works great and doesn't cause any Hopefully you won't run into any issues if you follow the instructions. I would mount it where the USB cord can run through the wall, so that you can maintain a charge on the battery for a long time.

This is a great product. Wireless video doorbell with smart features This is an easy to install product. Please take note. I'd recommend taking your time and following the instructions.
Value for the money was excellent. I love the picture quality - it's amazing Let me see if I can put it like this if I don't have any business at house, the camera will capture the picture and notify you. All you have to say is, "I got you", depends on the settings. Follow the instructions if you want to succeed.

The installation process is arduous, but it is well worth it

This is very technical to install, but if you are patient you will be getting the best deal I'm going to give you I'd rather pay a measly $51 USD than $1000 USD. Just a few days ago I bought mine for $3, but it has gone up a dollar or two since then. As the locals say in OKC, I am tickled pink with my purchase.

Customer service was great

The installation was fairly simple and for the first few weeks, the doorbell worked perfectly. There was a minor problem with it not detecting that the batteries had been The batteries seemed to be dead, but I charged them using a battery charger, and when they wouldn't work, I connected the doorbell to a USB charger (which would charge the batteries as well). I could hear the doorbell all the time while connected to the USB charger, but as soon as I disconnected it (with properly charged batteries installed), it stopped working. A full refund was provided to me by the seller after I had contacted him about this issue.
