As much as I wanted to love this product, I also wanted to be able to access it remotely from my phone as an intercom for my front gate. In reality, the product failed to deliver on its promises. With the help of tech support, I managed to get it setup, but there were a lot of issues with communication between the intercom and other devices. The only thing that consistently worked was the camera, which I can access from A few months ago, the call button worked occasionally, but now it does not work The button's intercom function does not appear to be functional, and the button's call button cannot be used to call a device. I live in a foreign country and it is a joy to use this Intercom, I can answer all my doorbells from anywhere using the app. I can answer any door wherever I am using the app. This lock system works great, I use it for the unlocking feature as well as the doorbell. In terms of audio quality, they can hear me clearly and I can hear them as well. There is sometimes an echo of your own voice when you are speaking through the app, but it is minimal. Video is hd quality (720p I think) and night vision works well. My doorbell lost its configuration, so I had to reset it and connect it to the WiFi again, which was hard since the doorbell makes its own WiFi, so after connecting to it, you have to input your home/office wireless credentials, so that the doorbell can Despite the GBF forcing itself to use the 192, it forces itself to be on the X range.
