I was surprised at how easy it was to install and that it is not left at my rental because it is attached to the building. This is a simple and portable option that is easy to take with me when moving and can even be used if my doorbell is upgraded. can easily be mounted on and off the door with a screw device. It attaches quickly and securely to the door. You can even charge it while it is on the door. The whole thing took me about three minutes to put together. I love how easy it is. Any opening on the side of the box that could allow critters to crawl into it and make a home next to my doorbell would be changed if I could. The side pads have to be stored inside a zipperlock to keep dirt and squirrels out, but it's not a huge issue. I got around it by putting it in a ziplock. You can center the doorbell in the middle of the box using the little pads that come with it. Having recently purchased the latest Ring doorbell, it looks good, looks safe, and is easy to use.
