The only way I'd be able to rate this less than a zero is if I could! After about 3 different charges, the product kept losing charge very quickly, so I had to keep putting it back into the charger. The last charge actually caused it all to fail. As soon as it starts smoking, it catches fire! Although I unplugged it, it continued to smoke afterward so I had to remove the screws where the batteries were located and pull out the batteries. I noticed that the positive and negative connections were very hot once I connected them! I'd say the worst part of it is the batteries could have exploded because they're lithium batteries!.
