In response to your question, we bought this brush on a recent trip to Central America and it is very authentic looking and I wouldn't have guessed the compartment was hidden. You can easily wear your engagement ring with it.
The diameter of the course determines how much water passes through. My guess is that most bottles should fit.
I like how it works. It is almost always in use for me.

Despite being noticed by airport security, this stash comb looks to be in good condition. Taking the risk of getting caught was a little foolish, but it gave me a tremendous rush.

It's actually a great brush. I was expecting an adequate brush, but the brush is actually quite good. When I use it at home alone, I easily forget about this extra feature, since it is so inconspicuous. Since all brushes do not have this feature, I'm not sure why they don't.
It has worked very well.
