Regular eyeglasses have arms that extend back behind the ears, which creates a tripping hazard. A seal cannot be formed for the mask due to them. An eyeglass holder from 3M is able to seal the face completely allowing you to wear glasses all day. The question of whether or not they would allow enough room for glasses with a light is better asked directly to 3M.

After using a half mask and goggles for some time, I recently upgraded to a full face respirator, and I love it. I find the 6800 a lot more comfortable and my eyes are better protected thanks to the fact that it does not fog up. The only downside to this mask is that it is very difficult to communicate while wearing it. As a step up to the 3M model with a voice diaphragm, it is significantly more expensive, so I have been considering creating a DIY option for speaking My voice will be delivered through an amp / speaker powered by a small battery inside the mask. Should make for a fun experience!.
I have actually breathed in the first mask I have used. This I can wear for a couple of hours until my face begins to itch. My energy levels are low by that time anyway. You will need to keep the chin seam a little tight and low. You can feel that there is a loose fit in your mouth, or it could break if it is not snug enough, if you open your mouth to lick your lips. Don't forget to apply Chap Stick before you put on your So that your face doesn't itch, make sure to wash your face with moisturizing soap before applying the makeup.
