There is no problem. I purchased it for my wife, who sits in a dialysis chair three times a week. Each week, 4 hours are spent on homework. She sits in an area where many sources of fumes are present. Almost to the point of convulsions, she coughed up blood. Using the AirPro Mask enabled her to save a great deal of time and effort. The treatment is usually passed without any difficulty for her now when she wants to sleep through it. Taking a mask off is very similar to breathing practically your own breath (CO2). Most people get lightheaded wearing it. By breathing in positive air pressure from a HEPA filter, she is alleviated from that. There is actually a reliable supply of air (O2) in the steady stream.

I can't get enough of this product. I wear a N95 mask because I work in a hospital, so I've found using an Airpro mask to help me breathe more easily.
