Are they similar to the Amber lenses in terms of melting? How come it melts the lens instantly when I run with hard wire at 30 to 32 volts?
To start with, your system is running too hot at 30 to 32 volts. You can try lowering your voltage to 20 or 22 volts for hardwiring. I would suggest that you stand back a bit from your welding nozzle. It sounds like you have your helmet too close to your welding nozzle and clear lenses are best.
