In my opinion, the 7 1/2 is on the small side. I am 5'9" 180, but do have a large hat size. The 7 1/2 was a bit tight, it fit, but felt a bit On top of my head, there is room to keep my work gloves. This cap is nice, but it was made for egg heads which I do not have. Those who want a 7 3/4 should offer it.

I was very happy with the shipping speed, but disappointed with the cap. The size 7 is what I ordered. It is five times smaller than their largest size. The glove compartment under the hat means I have space to store them! It fit tight, but wasn't too loose or The egg head shape left lots of room on top, I could wear work gloves under it! I am 5'9", 180 pounds and do have a large hat size. Since I also have baldness, I think you might be OK if you have Elvis-like hair. I love it. There was no stretch so it either fits you or you're out of luck. Quality was ok, but there was no elastic either, so it either fits or it doesn't. As long as it serves my needs, I'll be fine with it if I had to use it every day, I might not be pleased.
I returned three hats and got one refund, but cannot contact the I expected them to be reversible, but they were not, as expected. My search engine showed these as the top results when I searched for reversible hats. Now I'm waiting for a refund to be sent for 3 hats that were returned in the same shipment. There was only one hat I received credit for. Nobody seems to be able to contact me.
Holds up well both in the wash and to wear. (Of course, air drying is the best solution).
My search for a new welding cap has led me to this brand, which I have tried a few times. Although the material is decent, it is a little light, so it gets saturated very quickly with sweat. Additionally, it has a very deep design, which can create an uncomfortable feeling when it rests on my ears. Despite its shortcomings, it is not a bad item, but you need to keep in mind your sizing, and it may not be good for people who sweat a lot or work in consistently hot conditions.
My husband has a head circumference of about 22 inches, so I wasn't sure if this would fit him. It is 5" or as he describes it, "a large dome," but he gave it a try after reading a recommendation from a guy with, "a pumpkin head. " However, those appear to be two different sizes. He will have trouble fitting over his ears or covering his neck much by wearing this sized cloth. The design of the website is excellent. Quite small, compared to expectations.
It fits the body's dimensions There is enough height on the crown for the cap to cover the ear tops. Regardless of whether you choose to wear it as a hat or a cone, the crown will look amazing A look at the head.
It was made of a thin and cheesy material, and the size was an issue since the shoes were too.
I am pleased with this.
