There should be instructions, but mainly use a tape measure to measure your head, I think just above your eyebrows. However, they make my ears raw because they rub on the top of them. Even though I tried going a smaller size, it's too tight for me to wear
The picture of the sizing guide appears to be part of one of the pictures
Thanks for reaching out. If you would like a little more room, we suggest going with the 7 3/8, but they are pretty true-to-size. It may be of use to you.

It's that simple! The welding cap I have purchased has been on my head almost daily in the evenings when I am working, welding, cutting, grinding, etc. I can say without a doubt that this is the most comfortable welding cap I have ever worn or even seen for sale.
Throughout my tinkering career, I have collected a lot of welding caps and none can touch There are many more than just the ones shown in the photo. I use this cap every day not just at work, but also to cover myself from the sun when I'm out and about. My hardhat feels comfortable to wear when I wear this at work because it keeps sweat in check. It is the fifth one that I have, and I plan to buy more when new color options become available. No two things of the same kind are okay with me.
The material and quality are excellent. As well as the measuring charts, the fit is also accurate. 1) It didn't (I never dry the shirt after washing it) I love the style and it still looks great after three months of use.
Since they never held up and I've never found anyone in my area to stock the right size for my enormous head, we've had to go online. Several of my colleagues wear them so I decided to try one, and I am very pleased with how both they look and how they fit. Having a deep and wide fit like a hat, they go on You don't have to adjust your hard hat on your head since they cover your ears almost completely and sit low enough in the front so they don't climb up your forehead, which is huge since I'm constantly changing from a hard hat to a hood. It is also fantastic that the canvas outer coat is so strong. I've definitely put the machine to the test in the week I've used it, doing plenty of overhead welding and torch work, and it is still in great shape. There is no doubt in my mind that these are great. In my opinion, this is the best on the market. I'll get another one if the Atlas color scheme becomes available on here.
The price of this item was a little off-putting, but they ship you two caps so I could not miss the fine print. With that added benefit, I consider it to be more of a value, and I am extremely satisfied with my It is impossible to tell when I would buy this product again, but I would do so in a heartbeat. Currently, the second cap is still sitting in its bag and it may be months or even years before I switch from it to the first. There is a good amount of durability to this item Almost every day I wear it welding hours per day, and there is no sign of wear on it. This garment is well stitched, made of solid thread, and its material is durable. In regards to care of the cap, the best tip I can offer is to wash it regularly after use. You can understand how the cap gets really dirty when you weld a lot. In my experience, a simple machine wash combined with other items does not fully clean it. It is best to hand wash it in the sink with a bit of basic laundry soap, making sure to get into the dirty spots, and wring it out thoroughly. Then you can throw it in the wash with other clothes, and it will come out looking like brand A second tip is to never go through the dryer with it. Put the hat on your head when it is wet right after you wash it. Once you see how well it fits your head, you'll swear it was custom tailored.
Since I have a really small head, I got the smallest size they carry and it fits perfectly.
Stylish and very durable, this welding cap is a good choice for welding. It's made of a rougher material almost like what you find in Carhartt, so this will last for many I was able to use it straight Slamps don't have a chance to fall through your ears so you don't have to worry about them getting knocked off. It is a shame that the cap is not reversible, but all in all the product is great.
They fit like a glove, and I wear a backwards ball cap while welding, so under my hood it feels like I have nothing on my head! I love it.
