Hi, I've worn it with the earmuffs wrapped around the back of my head rather than over the top, but it's a little tight. Instead, I find that ear plugs are more comfortable for me. BTW, fantastic face shield, hands down the best I've ever used!
Yes. The headband announces your ears by wrapping around your forehead. You will have no problems wearing the shield with goggles or safety glasses at the same time, as I do.
This is a light-duty face shield, in my opinion. I'm not sure how well it would hold up in a strong wind. It's possible that light breezes will suffice. It protects my face from flying chips and dust when I'm working on wood projects.

I placed an order for a new visor, came in, and picked it up the next day. I replaced the visor, and it's working perfectly now. No fog. The saw blade I was using broke less than ten minutes later, sending a piece flying into my face, which I later discovered. I heard a pop and looked down to find the face shield on the floor. The shield can be adjusted for head size, angle position when down, and distance from the face. I wash the shield between patients with dishwashing liquid, so I can't comment on whether it's safe to use disinfectants.
