Dark green is the colour of Shade 5 IR tint IR tint, as the name implies.
In short, yes. In my opinion, both sides of it were covered with film.
When I cut it to shape, the only time I became aware of the smell was when it was being used for my helmet/bought. I have had no problems with it other than that.

* For those of you without a scroll saw, don't worry! The material looks black, but in fact it's green. With heat, it can simply be bent. It can easily be cut with a pair of sturdy scissors*. Although I do not know how well it will perform as a medical visor.
The items in this category were recommended to me when I was searching for a visor for my Mandalorian cosplay helmet. I am very satisfied with it. Installs easily and can be cut easily. The next time I are dressed as a Mandalorian, I will get another with the same outfit.

I used this method for my helmet visor on my mandalorian helmet. Although technically a dark green, it appears to be a light It looks black from the outside, but it is actually white. A good pair of scissors was all it took to cut the paper. I mounted it on the inside of the helmet after melting some holes in it with a soldering iron. I like how it bends well even though it's pretty sturdy.
I love my Mando helmet with this! You can also easily cut and shape it to your liking.
It is very easy to attach. Moreover, I found that it has a relatively low distortion level, despite being of high quality and thick. The face shield did not fog up while wearing it or cause my prescription glasses to fog even when I was wearing both the shield and the Fog only occurs when one leaves an air-conditioned environment for a hot Florida day. It is normal for my prescription glasses to fog up sometimes, and I am no exception. My first attempt at ordering a face shield was destroyed by my postal carrier. In comparison to the other shield, it was quite thin, compared to a shied I never would have used. In my opinion, the software is worthy of the money.
