YES. You will, however, be required to show proof of age (I believe you must be over the age of 18). My date of birth and driver's license number had to be entered.

Gel products are undesirable because they take up to 60 seconds to take effect; however, the sprayer's form factor is excellent, and you can replace the gel canister with a true spray product from Sabre Red and make what the manufacturer, for some reason, does not make.
I purchased all of the low-cost ones and tested them on targets when their expiration dates approached. They dripped down my hands at all times. no joke. So I asked a cop friend, and he advised me to only buy Saber products, which I wholeheartedly agree with. These are emergency items, and I'd rather pay a few extra dollars than have the thing dribble down my knuckles when someone needs spicy eyeballs! I'm a cheapskate in general, but not on these, which have now become even more affordable. These people get two thumbs up from me.
I bought two of these, one to keep by my bed and one to carry around on a retractable badge holder. I'm on edge because a woman went missing two blocks from my house; I should've gotten these a long time ago. I haven't actually sprayed it yet, but I've been practicing my thumb movements, and it's incredibly simple to grab and flip the top. I'm hoping I'll never have to use it, but I'm confident that anyone who tries it will get a good seasoned face!.
Apply a figure to the attacker's eyes, then spray their shirt, as the attacker will try to wipe his eyes with his shirt.
I haven't had to use it yet (thankfully), but I prefer it to others I've tried in the past, as I've had the same problem with every pepper spray I've tried. When the trigger's lock breaks, it just slides around aimlessly, waiting to be pressed and ruin someone's day. This one has a small cover that you flip up to reveal the trigger, which is located beneath it. If you do need to use it, it appears to be 1) a lot faster to access and 2) a lot less likely to come unlocked accidentally like the ones I've had before.
That the canister can be replaced is great, but if you hang it from your keys, expect the bottom part to fall off. I put it back together several times and the canister always fell out the bottom. I considered gluing it back together but it seemed like too much effort for a useless product. I'm glad I only bought it as a precautionary measure because it wouldn't have helped me at all when I really needed it.
The ones I got did not have a flip top. They have a twist top design. It wasn't as advertised, and it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I kept them, but I won't be ordering from them again.
This was purchased for my college girlfriend, who attends school in the city by herself. On her phone, she is constantly receiving reports of campus attacks. She carries it around with her at all times. It came with a ring that she could use to attach it to her purse. It has a safety feature to prevent her from accidentally using it, but it is extremely simple to use in the event of an emergency. It makes her feel a lot more secure when she's out on her own in the city! It was a great value for the peace of mind it provided for both of us. Fortunately, she has never needed to use it. I would strongly suggest it.
