I like the design and the way it looks. It was great until I lost my fire extinguisher and half of the mount when the red retaining pin came loose. I am giving the mount another chance, but I will locktite the pin this time.

A perfect replica of the name-brand version (I own one of those as well). You can not tell them apart (except for the logo), and they probably all come from the same production line. Excellent product and much less expensive than the name-brand counterpart. My favorite feature about these is that they are so easy to use that even a monkey could do it. No fussing around with velcro, or other closures, just grab the red handle and you're on your way.

It only did not get a five-star rating because, once it was mounted on the fire extinguisher, there was a small amount of play between the fixed base and the piece that mounted on it. The looseness was eliminated by adding some tape to shim it up. There was no more need to worry about that. Despite being fragile, it is very I found it easy to install Considering that I have not bought clamps recently, I have no idea if they are a normal product by the manufacturer or a cheap selection by the seller. Added loctite to the pulleys, based on the advice of some of the other reviews A pin is attached which you can remove by twisting it away. My Kawasaki will be tested as soon as I get it out of the garage.

I was not expecting quality this good for the price. It is made of lightweight aluminum and is well built. It is very solid and has a My experience with this purchase has been very positive. Only downside is that it didn't come with instructions. However, I found figuring out how to do it pretty straightforward.
