We arrived home to find one of the two fire extinguishers we ordered (shipped together in the same box) At the bottom of the box a part of the pin strap had broken off, the pin had fallen out, and yellow powder covered the fire extinguisher and the inside of the box. It shows that it has full pressure, but the instructions state not to test it since even a small amount of discharge could cause pressure loss and make it less effective or useless in case of a fire. That doesn't inspire confidence, so I contacted the seller. It'll be easier for me to buy fire extinguishers in town next time I'm buying fire extinguishers.
