Yes, the light serves two purposes. It starts out dimly and then brightens up for the brake and turn signal functions.
The ground wire is white, the tail lights are black, and the brake/turn signals are red.
They are about 1" from the stainless bezel's outside edge. I hope you have better luck than I did getting them; I waited several months for my first order only to discover that they were no longer available. When I saw them on Amazon again, I decided to take a chance and order two more. Two of them are shown together in the advertisement. I actually ordered two of them and received one from Tennessee and the other from Texas. As a result, I now own two. I had hoped for a total of six at first. I believe each package should contain two lights, so I ordered two more in the hopes of receiving four. I placed an order for these in early December and have yet to receive them. All of the tracking dates have been missed, with the most recent date on FedEx being December 31st. Because it was a Saturday and most places didn't open until Monday the 2nd, I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and will wait until the end of the day before calling them. I like the lights I have, and I'm crossing my fingers that I'll get the rest.
There is a ground wire and two other wires, one for low-voltage and the other for high-voltage. (I.) luminance one for low-level illumination) and one for high-level illumination (I.) luminance (Stop or turn signal)

They're well-made, and the wiring doesn't feel cheap or brittle like some electronics. I haven't had any problems with them in the two or three months that I've had them. I wish CloserToWholeSale offered a black bezel covering for the rubber grommet instead of the stainless steel look, but I was able to remedy that with a little paint. Going this route saved me about $20 because the manufacturer of my fenders wanted $40 per pair for almost the same product! I contacted the seller about 3 months after installing them, requesting additional grommets because I had to modify them to get them to fit, and without hesitation, I was sent priority two additional grommets at no cost.
Anything aftermarket and small, such as a turn/tail combination, is usually unnoticed. These tiny lights are more comfortable than a fan! I had been looking for something small with a stop/turn/tail combination and couldn't find anything until I came across these. They're mounted on the side of my light boxes for my tail lights and serve as marker lights and side turn indicators. People who are driving alongside me can now see that I want to turn, whereas before they had no way of knowing if they were in front of the tail lights. Lights are amazing. Plus, I can see them in the mirrors now, so there's no need for me to get out and check the trailer lights! These lights are fantastic!.
I was looking for a small, bright enough to see Turn Signal light to use on the front of a Yamaha Rhino while making it street legal (in Utah). These work great; I used two of them on either side of the headlights, and they're bright enough to see through. I actually removed the Stainless Steel bezels (which was a simple and painless process). permanent) Because the LEDs are hidden behind a black plastic part of the front grille, they blend right in until they're turned on, at which point these tiny LEDs become unmistakable! br>br>I was expecting them to be a little bigger for some reason. The actual light face is about 3/4" wide, with the rest being a bezel that can be easily removed if you don't want or need it. It's nice, it's small, and it's bright! br>br>The price is reasonable, the quality is excellent, and the seller's service, "Closer to Wholesale," is exceptional!.
I bought these to use as side winkers on a 1991 Miata that I'm restoring to look like a vintage British roadster. (Autocorrect suggested "toaster" instead of "roadster," which could be interesting in a cutting-edge, Burning Man kind of way. ) ) In any case, turn signals are located on the front fenders between the wheel and the door on all Miata models except the North American model. They add visual interest to a space that is otherwise uninteresting. These were surprisingly cheap and fit the bill perfectly, but they're a little smaller than what Mazda had on hand. These appear to be well-made and should last a long time.
The photo and the description don't match. Although the photo shows one pair, the description only shows one. I had hoped for two, but only got one. Despite what the Q says, it appears to be a common misunderstanding based on other reviews. Indicated by the responses.
These are cute little lights with a bright glow to them - I used them on a flat fender retrofit for my Jeep TJ, and they've been working flawlessly for over a year.
Bore the hole with a step drill bit. These fit perfectly in the trunk of my motorcycle. Bore a hole in the plastic with a step drill bit, starting slowly and allowing the friction to heat and soften the plastic; it will cut a perfect clean hole for these lights. They'll vibrate out, so a dab of clear silicone on the inside of the trunk will keep them in place.
2L, so they should work in my head and from a distance, but I won't know for sure until I've wired them in.
