This two-light red/green light is simple to set up and adjust, and it's pre-wired to work with any AC voltage between 100 and 265 volts. For testing, I wired it up to a three-position switch, and it works great. Both lights are very bright, with the green being about twice as bright as the red and good visibility from the sides. The built-in sun shades make it easier to see the lights even during the day, and the entire enclosure is water resistant, so you can leave it mounted outside without worry. There is no grounding wire, but I'm not sure that matters because the entire unit is plastic aside from the mounting hardware, so there's no way to get shocked by this light fixture. br>br>I intend to use this light, in conjunction with a light sensor, as a parking aid in my garage. It's a little too bright to use indoors, but I thought it'd be entertaining. I don't believe the plastic frame is a detriment to a light like this, which can be used to control traffic, control ingress and egress at a restricted facility, and so on. It will last for years and withstand almost any weather if the plastic does not fade in the sun. The light can be mounted at any angle with the included mounting brackets, which have teeth to keep it from moving once locked down. Caps to cover the screw threads at the top and bottom would be nice, but I'll probably just get some rubber caps the same diameter as the bolts and add them later. br>br>Even when looking directly at the light, the lenses used on it do a good job of shining a bright light that does not blind you. I'm very pleased with the lens design; it makes a significant difference when compared to simply mounting an array of LEDS on a PCB. Overall, it's a good product. There are no issues. The lights can be left on for hours and do not appear to get hot. Both lights can be turned on at the same time, but I expect most people to prefer one over the other.
This is an excellent example of a well-written essay. created a traffic light that can be easily mounted on the wall It can be adjusted to point in a variety of directions, including right and left.
This traffic light decor looks fantastic in my garage's hobby area. This is a fantastic topic for discussion. It's simple to put together, and the electronics work flawlessly. It's very well made. I modified it to accept a standard plug, allowing it to be plugged into any outlet and moved around.
