At night, it's a game changer in traffic control. Wow, I've directed traffic in all kinds of weather and people always complain that they can't see me, no matter what I do. This light is absolutely incredible! It's extremely bright and light. There's nothing like the old plastic coned mag lights. You won't be awakened in the middle of the night by dead batteries. It charges via USB and lasts for hours! Plus, there's a cool little clip to keep it on your belt when you're not using it.
Visibility is fantastic! It's simple to recharge and lasts a long time on a single charge. Excellent customer service; a quick response to a question I had was particularly impressive. Toggling between the ON, FLASHING, and OFF modes requires a fairly firm press of the power button, so I find it easier to just leave it on for the duration of my use. Because it is rechargeable, there is no need to worry about the batteries running out if it is left on all the time. Overall, it's a lot more durable and well-made than the less expensive run-of-the-mill run-of-the-mill run-of-the-mill run-of-the-mill run the- Batons for traffic control made of milled metal. I'm looking forward to using it for a long time.
As a result, I made the decision to buy the Lumenwand and give it a shot. When my employees and I direct cars to park, we usually use a standard plastic reflective parking wand, and we get customers rolling down their windows and yelling at us that they can't see where we're directing them several times a night. Customers rolled down their windows again the first night we tried the Lumenwand. But, later that night, they were telling us how much fun it was to see where we were directing them and where we got those traffic wands, which they had never seen before. I have to say that the Lumenwand is fantastic for anyone who needs a traffic wand at night. What a fantastic tool for generating new ideas. It's bright enough for drivers to see, but not so much that it's distracting. Simply put, this is an excellent product.
I've been very gentle with them, but I don't think they'll be able to handle drops that are waist high.
The magnets are small, but they work well if you need to attach the wands to a metal surface or nest them together. I adore them!.
I keep this product in my gym bag and use it to cross the street after class at night. It has saved my life - to say the least.
I'm glad I purchased a pair of LumenWands. Quite luminous. These batons could be seen in the daylight and were easily three times brighter than the other batons we were using at night. They're also made of the same reflective material that your bike reflectors are made of. As a result, oncoming traffic could see us clearly. The majority of the other items for sale are completely devoid of any reflective material. The flash mode is ideal, the batteries lasted 5 hours, and unlike another pair we borrowed from a traffic cop, they were flat when set down, so they didn't roll into traffic. Oops! Hopefully, these will be a better replacement for the baton that was run over by my friend!.
We used them soon after they arrived to direct traffic, and they worked great right out of the box. Over 800 runners' cars are expected to arrive for an early morning trail race. We used both bright and flashing modes, and they lasted well past the time we needed them (approximately 5 hours) and could still be seen in daylight! Weight was not an issue for our team members, and they preferred them to the older batons we used. br>br>Once we were done with the lanyard, it was time to put it away. Our team members were able to keep them out of harm's way thanks to the clip. The charging port made it easy to charge the batteries and get them ready for the race the following week! To replace our older equipment, we'll be ordering more.
