Toy is fantastic

Okay, I understand that this is a professional stop light that should only be purchased by a road owner or manager. But I only wanted it for my man cave, and the instructions didn't specify which power source to use. I tried a 12v source because I figured it couldn't be much lower, and it worked, so I'll stick with it. I was able to program an arduino to blink back and forth after some programming. It's a wonderful addition to the room.
