The item that was delivered was not the same as the one shown on the website

The bottles are held in place by two elastic cords on the base of the item that was shipped. The bottles "snap" into place on a molded base in the item depicted. We have the base with the elastic cords installed, but the elastic stretches out in the heat over time, causing the bottles to fall off. It's an excellent product, but we require the more recent base design. That is the only reason I am returning it, hoping to receive the unit with the "snap" in base.

I previously ordered this with two black elastic bands, which broke down after about a year. The bottles almost appear to snap into two slots in this photo. This isn't the package I got. I received the type of product that I had previously requested. Is this a significant issue? Although this is most likely not the case, it is still irritating.

This item should never be purchased! The picture on Amazon is incorrect; you will receive the less expensive version of this, which has small straps to hold the bottles to the wall-mounted holder.
