When they arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this set was a perfect replacement! In addition, the spindles on the original gate had hard, plastic ends, which caused paint and wooden parts to chip and damage when the gate slipped or was struck. It was not possible to build the wall (Instead of protective cups, these spindles were made of silicone or rubber. We recommend a type of material that doesn't only protect your paint or wood finishes, but also grips the wall better, so the gate will not slip. It turned out that I actually replaced all 4 spindles and discarded the original ones! It was also exactly as described in terms of the diameter of the spindle. To measure how big the hole needed to be, I only measured its diameter. It is highly recommended that you use these spindles for pressure-sensitive tools A pet gate or baby gate may be used. If you are missing or have any hard spindles, they would be great to replace for replacement.

My SO and I brought the Regalo baby gate to our destination over While we were setting it back up, we realized that one of the wall spindles it originally came with had been lost. These books were found on Amazon, ordered, and they were delivered a couple of Fortunately, we were able to take down our wall of rubbermaid bins with the baby gate back in place.

Having bought a gate with my son, I found it to work very well. Having lost the original 4 pieces to my baby gate by the time my daughter arrived, I had to attach a replacement. It's great to have such a resource available. As you can see, the original parts weren't even close to being as nice as these baby parts! There is nothing better than a clear rubber part over a white one. A week after installing the gate, the ones that came with it had started to tare! It has a thicker coating and is very easy to grip. The other ones did not inspire any trust in me. It's not even necessary to use the plastic drill holder with this. Their length is the same as the original set of my own. Furthermore, the plastic component of the twisting device is very strong and durable. The old ones were tentative and I was worried they might snap or crack if I turned too hard. These don't give me the same feeling as they used to. I would recommend replacing your old set with these even if you have a good one! It was easy for my 8-month-old son to push it down afterwards after shaking it around a bit, so I got the plastic guards to keep it up. In spite of the plastic wall guards, he is now 3 yrs old and is unable to move the gate. We can only attribute this to how strong the pressure screws are. It is great to know my kids are safe when I put up my gate now, and I feel more confident about it. The gates have been opened, and my son knows to open them when not to use them, but there is no way they are going to be able to knock down the gate and get hurt. I could buy this product Although, they appear to be so well made, I would have to lose them again in order to buy more since they look like they'll last through their teens. Make sure also if you install it on a thin or small door way, you may need the plastic wall guards in order to tighten the door very well. By doing this, you won't lose it on the way down. If you cannot apply pressure, then pressure does not work. If something is wrong with it, it's your fault, not the product. It's awesome!.

Carlson tall gates do not have threaded sections, so M8 is the size you should use for them. The gate does not have threaded components, so don't fret about the gate seeming As soon as they slip into place you can adjust the pressure until they fit perfectly. Both sizes were ordered when I couldn't decide which one to order, and I'm so glad that I ordered the white ones because the orange ones just look odd. Anyhow, these work really well. The gate saved me from buying a new one.

These were somehow lost from our baby gate when we moved, so these were bought to replace them. I was able to slide them into my gift gate and they worked just fine. The issue has not occurred.

One of the pressure gate spindles I used for my pet gates disappeared during a move. Dreambaby makes two different models, and these replacement spindles work with both. As the gates wiggle, the rubbery end of the spindles protects the wall and helps level the gates out. While the spindles are tightened, they grip better, and they level out the gates as well. Walls are not marked by this product. These are a great replacement for the original.

The rest of it is just a blur. have a low friction coefficient, and they tend to spin when tightened. As a result, we are less able to secure the hold than we could back then. In our case, this gate works well since we don't get that much jumping on it, but if you need your gate to withstand significant pressure, you might want to check at your local hardware store or at one of the others listed.

The bolts were exactly what I needed for my gate, but the bolts were way too long and actually broke the latch of the gate when I tried to install them As soon as I started using them, I didn't realize they should be cut first. The instructions were also missing in the box they came in, so I guess that was my error. I believe it may also be helpful information for others.
