I've never tried contacting the manufacturer, but I'd look up the pump manufacturer on Google. I hope this has been of assistance.
Still going strong after three and a half years.
That is precisely what we do with it, and we have no way of knowing whether it is excessively powerful or not. However, it works perfectly.
I saw them running on 1 1/4 pipe.

This is a disaster. It took four months to complete. When testing, it works perfectly outside of water. When submerged, it stops working. A new Liberty float was purchased with the funds. That didn't turn out to be a good idea. I've put in 500 pumps so far. This one will set you back $1200. The year 00 was a letdown. Make an effort to reclaim your funds. best of luck I had no choice but to purchase a new one. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could show me how to obtain a refund.
By not hiring a plumber to order and install this, I was able to save around $1,500. If you're using this for sewage, don't go cheap and try to get one without the grinding feature, even if it's from the same brand; the one that failed was a non-grinding non-grinding non-grinding non-grinding non-grinding non-grinding non-grinding non-grinding non-grinding non-grinding non-grinding non-grinding non-grinding non-grinding One of the same brand's grinders was used.
I just finished installing this grinder pump in our basement bathroom. This pump, according to my plumber, is the best of the best, as it never clogs due to its 1 horsepower and super strong and sharp blades that act as grinders. My plumber may be correct, but I'm not sure. The only way to know is to wait.
I purchased this pump after all other brands failed. I installed one last month and it works great, so I just bought a second one as a backup.
The liquid is quickly pumped out of my grinder pit by the pump. It is louder than my previous pump, which was a Zoeller, when starting/stopping and running, but it is also significantly more powerful. I went with the larger pump in the hopes of getting more mileage out of it than the 11. I had been in the previous one for 5 years when I decided to leave it. br>br>4/1/17 UPDATE: This pump stopped working today, less than two years after it was installed. So much for upgrading to a larger unit in the hopes of extending its useful life. For the time being, I'm not going to be using any more Liberty pumps. Returning to Zoeller is most likely the best option.
It runs so quietly that you can barely hear it!.
In a two-person household, this pump lasted one year. The motor stopped working, and my basement flooded because I was gone for two days.
Capable of completing the task at hand!.
