I like the fact that it doesn't require priming even when it takes a beating. It's a good choice if you intend to use it for no more than 30 days out of the year in your RV. The Sound System is quieter than the older Model 2088, as others have stated. It is not completely silent, but this does not shatter the walls like the other one. Additionally, it makes water flow more even. There are no more spikes of water at the beginning of the pump cycle.
