As of a year after I got it, it still grinds up and pumps out everything I throw at it. It slows down a bit when a big wad of toilet paper gets in the way, but otherwise, it just keeps on going. It may be necessary to stop or let the pump rest periodically with some other pumps because they have a maximum duty cycle. It seems as though this pump never stops working!.

I use it to clean the black water tank on my camper. I recommend it to all. However, it was the second one I bought, because I sold the first one since it stopped working in less than two years.

Having had two of them on my boat for the last four years, they are not the best

One of those had to be rebuilt (bad impeller) once, and both had to be rebuilt twice. Another gave up the ghost after only a few uses, but the first is still up and running just fine. The only pumping they get is maybe twice a month, that is 24 times a year(maybe) for a total usage of 96 times when they run for maybe 90 seconds, and yet they had to be rebuilt a few times after being rebuilt. In fairness, I installed them to replace two Jabsco macerators that were totally rotted out on the inside. Despite this, the tanks spun still when the button was pressed, but there was no more gas in the pump to rotate it.

This is a good price. It provides good performance and replaces a pump with only slight differences in The wiring can be connected and installed without any difficulty. The plug seems to be almost plugged in The sandbox.
