The Apcom model WH10A, for instance, has a similar wiring scheme to the Utilitech 9008078046, but the #4 terminal (single black wire) is situated lower on the Apcom As you can see in the image, it is the top part of the Utilitech There is no possibility of the black wire connecting to this terminal being long enough to connect to the same terminal on the Utilitech if it is only long enough to connect to the #4 terminal on the Apcom. I had to learn the hard way that Lowe's and Home Depot only had the Utilitech in stock and I needed the Apcom.
