In my bidet setup, I wanted to use the product as a flow choke. It looked nice, heavy, and I liked the design. I found that I was still leaking water from the threaded connection on the source side. I have been in the plumbing business a lot. Using teflon tape, I really tightened it up to the limit of how much it should be able to take. Leaks continue, so much so that it can't be used. Trying to figure out whether I got a bad one or if there is a problem with the source. I sent back the reply.

The shower head on your bathroom sink will probably be a low flow shower head if it was purchased within the last 10 or so years. You won't see any more restriction on the flow of water than your shower head already has. If you slide it 3/4 of the way off the lever will reduce the water flow by 50%, 75% if you slide it half way off, etc. This product is amazing, I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a water flow meter!.
I purchased this without reading any reviews as there were none yet posted, so I wasn't sure what I would find. I installed it in my shower and have been using it for a week now. The work you did is amazing - I'm very impressed It is only a matter of a few drips when the valve is closed (as is to be expected with this type of valve).
