Kohler 1234696 .375-24 BN x .375 Comp x 22 Hose Part, Unfinished

Not sure why they used a proprietary brass fitting for these hoses on the valve body side, but it prevented me from buying a replacement at my local plumbing retailer. There must be a reason for that since they save space and are more compact, but then it would be great if the industry came together and decided on a common form factor and specification, just as Kohler has already done. My guess is that boat has sailed, since I see they are now using a push in/click system, as opposed to what they used to use. Fittings with threaded connections like these. In regards to the parts that I received, they were genuine Kohler parts in Kohler packaging with the Kohler I did not have a problem with it.

This is a review of Under part 1234696, a show up has been made. My phone call to Kohler, who told me I needed part GP73151-D as a result, There is a discontinued part 73151- as to what I need replacing.

To one end of the tube, you hook up the faucet, and to the other, the supply line. If you own an old fixture or plumbing system, you should check anyway since these fittings have been fairly standard in the US for a long time. I took about ten minutes to remove/replace a leaker, but once that was done, there were no obstructions and I just pulled out the faucet in order to connect with it more easily.

It took me 13 years to fix a pinhole leak in the hot water hose on my Kohler Forte faucet. I found this replacement to be the perfect solution. Compared to the original, the new pair of socks are a little thinner, but they fit and have the same length.

My old Kohler hoses that have leaked for the last 10 years need to be replaced with this. The following installation note is provided I got a leak even though I thought it was sealed. My experience with two of these installations was that I needed to use a lot of force to tighten one last quarter turn in order to effectively seal.

This was the manufacturer's replacement part for my previous pair of Kohler 1234696 hoses, which were a perfect fit. Water that is really hard can be a real pain, so we had to replace the hoses and I encountered water leaks.
