I like how easy it is to use the hoses and how well they appear to be constructed. Until the hoses have been in use for a few days, I cannot comment on their durability. Rather than just one end having a 90 degree elbow, I wish there were options to purchase a 90 degree elbow on each It is stiffer than rubber and requires a bit more room behind the washing machine as the SS hose is rigid, which reduces the risk of the hose burst. This was not the best experience. One of the hoses was crushed in the first order. I decided to keep the replacement hose since the first one was squashed, but not as badly as the first. The standard black rubber hoses I had were leaking so I bought these. One end has a 90° angle, which is useful for routing the hoses in a narrow space between the washing machine and a Metallic braiding and multiple layers of seals gave them an extremely sturdy feel, and the threaded fittings seemed thicker than those they replaced. There should be right angle elbows on both ends of these hoses, not just on one end, due to the tight spaces found in many laundry homes these days. The stainless hoses only bend slightly due to their thickness. Therefore, we needed to increase the distance between the wall and our washer in order to accommodate them.
